Advanced Material Science & Sustainable Latex Innovation
Slippery Saints is proud to collaborate with AFLatex Technologies, a leader in revolutionary natural rubber latex processing. Their proprietary, ammonia-free technology represents the first major reinvention of latex manufacturing in decades replacing hazardous stabilisers with a sustainable process that produces a superior material.
This collaboration allows Slippery Saints to test a high-performance latex that is fundamentally safer for both the producer and the end-user. By eliminating traditional ammoniated processing, our partnership delivers a product that is nitrosamine-free, odourless, and significantly more resilient.
Technical Advantages of the AFLatex Process:
Enhanced Durability: A 73% increase in mechanical strength compared to standard ammoniated natural rubber.
Hypoallergenic Integrity: A 55% reduction in allergenic proteins, providing a safer option for those with sensitivities.
Chemical Purity: 100% nitrosamine-free, removing the common "rubber" scent and associated health risks.
Long-Term Stability: Extended material shelf life of over six years without degradation.
Through this research partnership with the expert team of Tim A. Osswald, Eric Adler, and Allen J. Román, Slippery Saints is validating a new global standard for condom manufacturing. Together, we are proving that high-performance sexual health does not have to come at a cost to the planet.
